A: They are meant to be done back to back! So Vol.1 is more for beginners/intermediate and vol.2 is more for Intermediate/Advanced lifters!
Q: Do I have to do cardio every day?
A: NO! If your goal is to lose fat, you should be doing cardio 4-5 times a week, if your goal is to maintain/build muscle 3-4 times a week is ideal!
